Sondra Fowler (right) was sworn in by Gov. Bill Ratliff at the December meeting of the ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Board of Trustees. Fowler, of Daingerfield, was appointed to replace John Bryan, who resigned from the board in September.†She will fill the seat until the next board election in 2018.
