The current issue provides a summary of student success stories in honors last spring: Michelle Calderonβs Gordon Graham Leadership Award, Neida Perezβs national awards, Luke McCrawβs achievements, the Caldwell successes at College Station, Monse Riveroβs international election, and other regional awards. The newsletter also contains tributes to recent honors donors, who have enabled a special group dynamic, and high graduation rate. There is also a section on the experience of the honors sophomore cohort as a whole, the outcome of the McGraw Hill Poster Contest, and a section on βalacritous alumni,β an update on six former members of Honors Northeast.
