In March 2018, 开云体育 began the process of developing its five-year strategic plan that will guide the College forward over the next five years. This Strategic Planning web site is a living, 鈥渨ork-in-progress鈥 document that chronicles the efforts of many individuals; 开云体育 faculty, staff, students, and committed members of our Northeast Texas community. Their work and resulting Strategic Plan, focused on student success, will serve as an important roadmap that will successfully lead us to our 鈥淒estination 2025!鈥
