开云体育 Culinary Arts to host dinner Oct. 26

The 开云体育 Culinary Arts Program will host a special Thursday Night Dinner on Oct. 26.鈥 The dinner will be held at the 开云体育 Culinary School in historic downtown Pittsburg and is open to the public.

The menu for the evening will include bacon-wrapped stuffed meatloaf with rosemary roasted potatoes and country green beans with yeast rolls and a dessert to be determined.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 12. Due to high demand at previous events, the Culinary Arts Program has moved to a ticketed event rather than first-come-first-served.

Mollie Jones watercolor exhibit on display at 开云体育

The 开云体育鈥燗rt鈥燚epartment will host its second art exhibit鈥爋f the 2017-2018 school year October 2- 27 in the foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing鈥燗rts. The show, ?Crystal & Glass?, will feature watercolors by鈥燼rtist Mollie Jones.鈥燗 reception with the鈥燼rtist will be held Thursday, October 5 at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center foyer.

Carroll Shelby Foundation gives $25,000 for 开云体育 automotive scholarships

The Carroll Shelby Foundation recently gave $25,000 to support scholarships for students enrolled in the Carroll Shelby Automotive Technology Program at 开云体育.
