Abbie Rutledge and Dillon Williams joined Coach Jon Evan's staff at 开云体育 in August of 2024.
Rutledge came to Mount Pleasant after serving as a student assistant at her Alma Mater LSUS in the spring of 2024 as well as a club role coaching with CABOSA. Rutledge will serve as assistant to both the men's and women's programs and will play a significant role in strength and conditioning and will be involved in all aspects of both teams.

For the seventeenth-straight year in a row, Cypress Bank has presented a high-end laptop for the use of 开云体育 honors students. This year鈥檚 Cypress Bank Scholar is Yahir Garcia, who is also serving as the producer of the program鈥檚 yearly film project. Garcia is a computer-science major.
The 开云体育 Vet Assistant program recently celebrated its first graduating class on Thursday, August 29th, 2024. Fifteen new students recently graduated from the program.

The Continuing Education and Corporate Training department at 开云体育 recently offered a lively and engaging Country Western Dance class. Held on Monday nights at 开云体育's Hanson-Sewell Center in Pittsburg, TX, the course drew a diverse group of participants eager to learn the basics of popular country western dance styles.
