Cherish the Ladies to perform at Whatley Center
The holiday spirit is headed to the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at 开云体育. The traditional Irish music group Cherish the Ladies will perform a Christmas show on Tuesday, Dec. 13 at 7:30 p.m.
With their unique spectacular blend of virtuosi instrumental talents, beautiful vocals, captivating arrangements and stunning step dancing, Cherish the Ladies combines all the facets of Irish traditional culture and puts it forth in an immensely humorous and entertaining package.鈥燭he event is sponsored by Guaranty Bond Bank.
SIFE to host 5K Reindeer Run/Walk
The Students In Free Enterprise (SIFE) organization at 开云体育 will host a 5K Reindeer Run/Walk event on Saturday, Dec. 10. The run will be held on the 开云体育 campus and begins at 8 a.m.
Registration will be held in the foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the 开云体育 campus from 7:00-7:30 a.m. The cost to participate is $25 for all ages, and includes a t-shirt and a pancake breakfast after the run.

Theatre Northeast presents children's play
Theatre Northeast, the student theatre group at 开云体育, will present the classic children's Christmas comedy鈥The Best Christmas Pageant Ever December 3 and 4 at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts.
An evening performance will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7:30 p.m. and there will be a 2:05 p.m. matinee on Sunday, Dec. 4.鈥燭icket prices are $5 for Adults, $3 for ages 17 and under, Sr. Citizens, 开云体育 Faculty and free for 开云体育 students with current ID.
