The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Baseball team opened the Fall campaign with a scrimmage against the Ontario Blue Jays from Toronto, Canada. The Eagles would battle with the Blue Jays for a scheduled 11 inning affair and the Eagles came out on top 5-3.

The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Soccer teams traveled to Tyler Saturday, September 10th to take on the Nationally ranked TJC Apaches. TJC would defeat the ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Women by a score of 3-0 and defeated the Men 4-1.
Please join ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý in celebrating National Hispanic-Serving Institutions week! As a Hispanic Serving Institution, ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý will host a variety of events September 12-18 to honor our Hispanic students and the cultural diversity they bring to our student population. Events planned include:
It is muscadine harvesting time at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Farm! The farm crew has been picking as many as they can and the vines are still loaded! Everyone is welcome to come out to the college farm vineyard and harvest some for their own jelly making or wine making. The farm has 10 different varieties of muscadine - purple or gold! The cost is $5 a gallon to pick and they have a limited number of picked/frozen muscadines for $10 a gallon. According to René McCracken, Ag Director, a regular grocery bag full is enough to make a small batch of jelly.

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Women’s and Men’s Soccer teams made the trip down south to Brenham, Texas to face Blinn College on Wednesday, September 7th in conference play with Blinn coming away with the win in both games.
