Time is running out to sign up for Kids Discovery College 2023! Registration ends June 23rd and classes are filling up quickly. You don't want to miss this fun, educational summer opportunity for kids ages 8-16. This year's course options include:
Four ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý students earned their Pharmacy Tech certifications after completing required courses and on-site pharmacy training. They were honored in a ceremony on Monday June 6. Juanita Martin was recognized as the top performer in the program.
Program courses included Medical Terminology, Intro to Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Mathematics, Drug Classification and Clinicals.
The summer is about to heat up at ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý! Summer classes begin Monday, June 5th and several special programs will also bring students to the ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý campus during the coming weeks. Some of these include:
The ¿ªÔÆÌåÓý Board of Trustees met for its regular May meeting on Tuesday, May 30th. The board voted to approve Russell East of Lone Star to fill the remainder of the term for Place Four. The position was vacated last month with the resignation of trustee Sid Greer.
