Chuck Barkow recently gave $1,000 to sponsor two chairs in the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts at ��������. The seats are dedicated in memory of Jill Barkow and Holly Hardman. The Titus Regional Medical Center (TRMC) Auxiliary recently presented the �������� Foundation with $4,500, which will provide six $750 scholarships to benefit students at �������� majoring in a health sciences field. The Rotary Club of Mount Pleasant recently presented a check for $2,536 to the �������� Foundation to support the upcoming iCan Kids Discovery College that will be held this summer. The iCan Kids Discovery College offers children ages 8-16 a chance to participate in a variety of fun learning experiences.

The �������� Foundation recently received a $500 gift from J.T. and Kaye Brison to support the Brison-Crosby Education Scholarship. The scholarship fund is in memory of Kaye?s grandmother, Hettie Agnes Crosby, and will be awarded to an education major attending ��������. Texas Heritage National Bank recently presented the �������� Foundation with $4,000 to sponsor a Presidential Scholar in Honors Northeast. The �������� honors program was founded in 2007 and has attracted top high school graduates from around the region. �������� Foundation participated in East Texas Giving Day Tuesday to raise money for emergency scholarships to provide much-needed assistance to students in distress.† �������� employees, foundation board members and community friends gave generously during the event, with gifts totaling $7,115.

The Woodmen of the World organization recently presented a check for $25,000 to the �������� Foundation.† These funds will be used to establish The Beau Brummell Woodmen of the World Endowed Scholarship, which will provide an annual scholarship for a local student attending �������� each year. The Beau Brummell Woodmen of the World Scholarship is in memory of Brummell, a very dedicated and longtime member of the Camp County Chapter of Woodmen of the World. Dr.

Doctors Jim and Paula Archer (center) recently gave $3,000 to sponsor the upcoming performance of Greater Tuna at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of ��������. The Pineywoods Iris Society recently held a meeting at the Elizabeth Hoggatt Whatley Agriculture Center at ��������. The group presented a check for $500 to the �������� Foundation in order to provide a scholarship for an �������� agriculture student.
